Credit Note/Exchange Policy
Sticky Fingers Children's Boutique is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us. Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 14 day "Credit Note" or "Exchange Policy" (from the original date of dispatch).
We are unable to credit your postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please contact us as soon as possible via phone 0423 111 009 or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending goods back.
Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Sticky Fingers Children's Boutique has sent you the wrong product will require you to send the products to us at your own cost to the following address:

- Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke
Delivery within Australia
Postage and handling within Australia starts at $7.95 or standard delivery and $14.95 for bulk items. We also offer Express shipping at an additional expense. You can select these options at checkout. Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days from the day of ordering. If you require an urgent delivery, please state this in your notes upon check-out. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.
